Cassava Festival in Douala: “Green Gold” for Food Security and Economic Growth

The International Cassava Festival officially launched today in Douala, kicking off an initiative to promote cassava as « Green Gold. » Samuel Dieudonné Ivaha Diboua, the Governor of the Littoral Region, presided over the ceremony, which concluded with a tasting session featuring 30 unique cassava-based recipes.
